Taylor Volturi « Result #1 on Mar 27, 2009, 10:06am »
My Character is Taylor Volturi. She is the daughter of Marcus and the late Didyme Volturi. Her powers are she can control peoples emotions like Jasper Hale, she can make a shield like Bella Cullen, she also has her father's ability, and her most dangerous power is she can cause anyone unimaginable amounts of pain just like Jane. Her hair is long and black like Jacob Black's. She wears royal clothing like her father Marcus.
Site Plot: After a near fatal accident, Bella is entirely confused as to how she got out safe. She knew Edward saved her but she couldn't grasp how he could've possibly did what he did. Bella tries to get answers out of Edward but his lips are sealed shut. She goes on a hunt to figure out all she possibly can about him.
In Biology he touches her and she shivers. Another clue perhaps? Not to mention the in-human beauty all the Cullen's possess. In a fateful twist, she goes out with Angela and Jessica and picks up a book. It leads her into suspicions of Edward being an immortal. Could this be right?
Bella's world spins out of control with accusations. She floats through school barely paying attention to the reality that swirls around her. Her friends try to keep her occupied but all her thoughts focus on her clues. She befriends the Cullen family easily and spends a lot of her time with them. Graduation comes and goes and her thoughts are still unanswered.
Extras: I just created this site and would love people's opinions and/or more people to join. I'm in dire need of canons!

His wide knowledge of historical events and times. Physical activities, while human Jasper was skilled in many different areas of physical fitness, that trait is also apart of him now,as a Vampire. Weaknesses: Human blood, Jasper has not been a vegiterian vampire for as long as the rest as the cullens, he tends to think about slipping up a bit more than the rest of the cullens. Habits: Even without meaning to he manipulates the people around him. He tends to talk and hold him self in a very formal way that can sometimes be mistaken for being rude. Flaws: Jasper can get quite self concious, you may not be able to see this but being able to manipulate people's feelings and moods can take quite a toll on you.
Background: Jasper Whitlock was born in 1899. His childhood was reasonably happy, although he remembers very little of it.His parents Thomas and Elizibeth remained together throughout his life, and despite a distinct lack of money, he grew up strong and healthy. He very much regrets that he cannot remember whether or not his parents had any other children. He has vague recollections of others being present at times, but they may merely have been the children of neighbours or acquaintances of his parents. All he can clearly remember is that by 1912, his father was gone. Jasper was thirteen at the time, and it affected him greatly. Elizibeth sank into a deep depression around the time of Jasper's 14th birthday after a freak accident where Thomas drowned while swimming in river to the east of their home. Jasper had always been very intuitive, and had been raised to respect the feelings of others, however it was probably at this stage in his life that his empathy deepened and combined with his the natural charisma inherited from his father to create what would eventually become his "talent". Over the following two years, Jasper became very protective, not only of his mother, who had never quite been the same again, but of most of the people around him. With his father gone, as well as many of the men from the other nearby houses, Jasper somehow felt responsible for them. When the war finally,Jasper immediately entrusted the care of his mother to their closest friends and enrolled himself in the army, lying about his age to do so. He was seventeen, and despite having very little idea of what the fighting was actually about, was determined to protect his family from whoever it was in the North that wished to do them harm. Having informed the army commanders that he was twenty years old, Jasper underwent two short months of intense training. The army was newly formed and very disorganised. He fit naturally into his new military life. His combined strength, intelligence and charisma meant that he rose quickly through the army ranks. He was promoted many time, often above far more experienced and older men. This led to a little resentment on the part of his men. Despite this, within two years he was being hailed as one of the youngest men ever to have reached the rank of Major. Little did the army know that he was, in fact the youngest to reach the rank of Major. It was just after his twentieth birthday when Jasper met a small coven of Vampires: Maria, Nettie and Lucy. He had been helping to relocate women and children - evacuating them to Galveston. Having no time to rest once the group had been delivered safely to their new home, Jasper immediately found a fresh horse and returned. on the road, he spotted three women: Nettie and Lucy were blonde, Maria Hispanic. Thinking them stragglers at first, he approached in order to see whether they required any help. But as he drew closer, he knew they had not been a part of the evacuation group. He thought of them, at the time, as the most beautiful women he had ever seen. His subconscious mind screamed at him to run, but his feet would not obey. He was quite simply mesmerized. Maria somehow sensed that there was something different about him - something special. she requested that the two blondes stepped back while she delivered the bite... The next thing he knew, Jasper was writhing in agony. He was curled into a ball on the back of a small hay wagon that seemed to be sitting in the shade of a large barn. Maria and her companions showed little interest in helping him. Eventually the pain subsided. He was not sure how long it had been, and was shocked to be told, when he asked, that he had been screaming in pain for four days. Maria began to tell him, cheerfully, what he had become. However before she was finished explaining, Jasper caught the scent of blood for the first time. His throat instantly burned, and without thinking, he leaped upon the farmhand who had come to investigate the strange voices, and drained him. Maria was delighted at the strength of his instincts, and in time, came also to learn of and appreciate his other talents. When the pain had worn off enough to allow him to think straight, Jasper was horrified at what he had done, and at what he had become. The farm hand had been one of the people he had been trying to protect. In fact, now that he remembered his first victim's face, he was sure that he had been one of the civilians helping them to move the refugees. He was disgusted with himself, and was unable to remove the look on the farm h ands face from his mind. He could imagine the intense fear and panic shooting through the human... the confusion... he did not understand how his new companions could bear it. Maria clapped her hands with glee when she realised that Jasper had a "talent". Despite his reservations, Jasper found that he was unable to stop himself from leaping at a running slave a few days later. Once again the fear was overwhelming... the disbelief... the incredible determination to survive. The man was strong and healthy, and barely close enough to see Jasper. And yet the weak, breakable human stood no chance. Within a few minutes he was nothing but an empty shell. Jasper had little time to dwell on this fact, and indeed didn't want to think about it at all. He threw himself into his newly assigned task - helping to create a newborn army. Maria informed him that she had been driven from her own hunting territories, and wished to recover them. That a war had been raging for many years... that newborns were the key. Jasper used his considerable talents to locate the ideal subjects. Maria insisted upon using soldiers, and upon changing them herself. Nettie and Lucy were never allowed to administer the bite unless drinking, for fear of killing her chosen humans, and Jasper, himself a newborn, would not have been able to stop drinking. Eventually Jasper had helped to round up an army of twenty three newborns. He was promoted above them, and was instrumental in their training, at the same time as undertaking his own. Maria was annoyed at having to replace so many soldiers at this early stage - Jasper simply wiped them out while training. The coven they first attacked stood little chance, although the battle was fierce. Maria's margin of victory was unheard of, but it was in this battle that Jasper gained the first of his horrific scars. Maria reclaimed her old territories, but was not satisfied. She was determined to extend her influence, and with Jasper's help, she did so, eventually holding much of Texas and Northern Mexico. Jasper's ability to read emotions saved Maria from her treacherous partners. Nettie and Lucy were easily disposed of. During his time with Maria, Jasper became depressed over his way of life and longed for something better. He was tired of fighting and of the thirst that plagued him. Maria could not understand this depression, being perfectly content to murder without thought. She did not even hold much regard for the vampires she created, choosing to destroy them when they had passed the newborn stage, in case they should become a threat to her. Due to his talent, Jasper knew full well that she did not trust him. As his own talents developed, and he began to form a friendship with another promoted "teenager" named Peter, he began to sense hostility in her presence, rather than pride. He knew he had very little time left before she chose to attack and destroy him too, and so when Peter, with whom he was meant to be slaughtering newborn soldiers on Maria's orders, suddenly bolted with his partner, Charlotte, he chose not to stop them. Peter had intrigued him - he had never before come across another vampire who did not wish to fight, although he did not seem to have an aversion to drinking from humans. A little later, just as Jasper was beginning to contemplate destroying Maria for the sake of his own survival, Peter and Charlotte returned for him. Peter had known that Jasper did not wish to continue fighting, and so they had taken a risk to tell him tales of the North. - Where there was no war, where nomadic covens lived in relative peace. Jasper leaped at the chance to leave. Things, for a while, were much better than they had been before. Jasper was far more content in the company of his new coven, although he was still disgusted at the fact that he had no alternative source of nourishment. He fed as little as possible, but it simply made the burning at the back of his throat worse. He eventually parted company with Peter and Charlotte, travelling on his own for several years without really having an idea of what he was looking for. He much preferred the peaceful north to the constant wars that plagued the south, and so that is where he stayed for the majority of the time. However, in a way he still missed the south. It had been his home for twenty years, after all. He spent a couple of weeks travelling across the south. While travelling through Mississippi one day, he met Alice for the first time. It was a brief exchange. While wandering through a small residential area having spent the night hunting, he came across a small black-haired girl playing in a yard. He had seen many humans before, but for some reason this particular girl's movements seemed to fascinate him. He remembers having paused at the gate, attempting to work out exactly what it was that was different about her. The girl had skipped confidently over to him, introducing herself as Mary Alice Brandon, and declaring that he was the "handsomest man she'd ever met". In his shock, Jasper had frozen as a woman had led her hastily back into the house. Over the following years, Jasper continued to wander, not quite knowing what it was that he was looking for. In 1948, he was travelling in Philadelphia, and was caught off-guard by a sudden parting of the clouds. Fearing the volturi's wrath and cursing himself for not being more vigilant, he sought shelter in a small diner. Inside the diner, sitting up against the bar was Alice. Although he did not recognise her, he felt an overwhelming connection to her straight away. She told him that she had been waiting for him for a long time, that she had see him before. Had he remembered the small girl, he might have been able to have helped Alice to piece together her own history a little earlier. As it was, he didn't remember the exchange until much later. Alice informed him of the few facts she did have, including the fact that she was to take him to see a coven to the North. Jasper was hesitant to believe her at first, wondering if perhaps the war had spread and was now beginning to rage in the North as well. Perhaps, he thought, she had heard of his success in the Southern Campaigns and had come to recruit him. It was the sincerity, determination, and -confusingly- affection pouring out of her that finally convinced him to go with her. And so over the next few weeks, they travelled further North until they found the Cullens in 1950. Alice immediately wanted to know which room they could move into. When Edward returned home that night, his possessions were in the garage. Jasper encountered problems straight away, having the most difficult time with the lifestyle set by the Cullen family. Even though he treated the other members of his family with respect, he instantly bonded with Alice, and in a very short space of time, had fallen in love with her. As the family relocated a short time later, the humans assumed Rosalie and Jasper to be twins due to their similar appearances. It was far easier to go along with what the humans already believed, and he didn't particularly care which name he used. Eventually the Cullens moved to Forks, and Jasper once again enrolled in high school. They had moved several times since he and Alice had joined the family, and he thought nothing of starting all over again. Things were relatively quiet, until Bella moved back in with Charlie. On her first day Jasper took little notice of the new girl, except to subconsciously wonder if anyone would miss her if she were to mysteriously disappear. And then she walked into the cafeteria. Almost immediately, he was aware of an intense confusion and frustration emanating from Edward. Jasper took little notice of it, being far thirstier than usual. A few seconds later he was being talked out of attacking one of the other students, and trying to focus on not killing anyone, the confusion slipped out of focus. Later that afternoon he detected it again. But there was also something else there, buried beneath the confusion. He was unsure of what exactly it was, but it seemed somehow familiar. By the evening, Edward was in Alaska. Over the following weeks, Jasper was bombarded by almost every emotion under the sun. The day that Edward finally decided to stop ignoring Bella, the confusion almost instantly ceased. There was fear... uncertainty... but beneath it all was that one elusive feeling that had been steadily growing stronger and more familiar. Love. The family were understandably reluctant to accept that this is what Edward's obsession had been based on, but despite thinking involvement with a human a bad idea, Jasper knew how strong Edward's feelings for Bella were, and thus was easily convinced by Alice that it was not an entirely bad idea. The thought of a human being so close, however, terrified him. He did not want to slip up again, especially not when this particular human meant so much to his brother. A short time later while playing baseball, the family were approached by a small coven of human-drinking vampires. Unfortunately James almost instantly began to hunt Bella. Jasper and Alice were charged with her protection. They drove south overnight to Florida. It was incredibly difficult being enclosed in the car, and then in a small suite of motel rooms with a human. But Jasper was determined not to attack her. He could never have looked his brother in the eyes again if anything had happened to her. Knowing that their bond was at least as strong as the one between Alice and himself, he managed to stop himself. Eventually a call arrived from the north, and they were informed that the remaining Cullens were to meet them at the local airport in a few hours time. Jasper was initially surprised at Bella's distress during those hours, but eventually put it down to fear for their safety. While at the airport, Bella managed to slip past them and fled to a small ballet studio to meet James, the hunter. It was her intention to give herself up so that he would let her mother go. Jasper felt immensely guilty and was very disappointed in himself. He could fear her tension, he knew her scent well, and Alice had been trusting him with her. Thankfully, Alice's initial frustration did not last long. Bella had decided to go to the studio, therefore Alice knew where she was going. When they reached the studio, much of the floor was covered in blood. Thankfully Edward had entered the studio first, having run ahead and being far faster than the rest of them. Jasper felt the huge rush of emotion flow through him, and it was this that helped him to overcome the urge to attack. Instead, he used his enhanced fighting skills to help deal with James. However James had been killed, Jasper had to be dragged from the room. When he heard that Edward had sucked Jame's venom from Bella's hand, Jasper was amazed despite knowing the strength of his feelings for her. Things were relatively peaceful for a few months. And then, on Bella's eighteenth birthday, while opening an envelope, she somehow managed to gain a paper cut. The scent of her blood was overwhelming, and Jasper attacked her. Thankfully, his family prevented him from harming her. But the incident convinced Edward that what he was doing was wrong. A short while later, he requested that the family relocate again. Although it made little difference to Jasper where he "lived", as long as he could stay with Alice, Edward's emotions tortured Jasper endlessly. Over the following couple of weeks, Jasper became very withdrawn and depressed, especially being convinced that it was all his fault. Shortly, Edward departed to track Victoria. This gave Jasper an emotional break, but his own guilt remained. It was during this period of his life that Jasper resolved to work tirelessly until he reached Carlisle's level of control. He began to test himself, and his progress gradually began to speed up. One day he returned from hunting with Emmett, and Alice was not at home. He was horrified to learn that Bella had thrown herself from a cliff, blaming himself for loosing control back in Forks. A shirt time later, Rosalie shakily told him that a mistake had been made. Jasper instinctively knew that something was wrong and spent the following days pacing and trying to call Alice. When he learned later where she had been, Jasper was furious with himself for leaving her alone for long enough to run off. For a long time, he refused to hunt with anyone else in case she did something similar again. Nevertheless he was glad to be back in Washington. Things returned to normal for a short time, but when reports started to appear speaking of a suddenly increased amount of grisly murders in the Seattle area, Jasper was instantly suspicious. He kept quiet for a while, thinking it simply a passing coven. But gradually the volume of attacks increased and before long he was convinced that Seattle was being roamed by a small army of newborns. Shortly after this realisation, and having informed his family, he gave Bella a summary of his "life" and explained what he thought was happening. This led Bella to the realisation that Victoria, Jame's mate, was still hunting her. Jasper began to train his family in the destruction of newborns in preparation for a battle, also instructing the Quileute werewolf pack, much to his disgust. During this training, he was extremely hesitant to turn his back on them. When the battle finally arrived, Jasper fought twice as hard as most of the others, determined to protect Alice despite her being an excellent fighter herself. Currently, Jasper is being driven slowly insane by Alice's hyper preparations for the wedding.

After all, what could happen in a small, constantly raining town with a population of a few thousand? That’s what Bella thinks before she meets the insanely gorgeous Edward Anthony Masen Cullen. Not only does Edward Cullen introduce her to a completely different world, but she also finds herself in love with it. As Bella is spending more time with Edward, she discovers that he’s no ordinary boy. Everything about him is so mysterious and luring that Bella can’t help being curious. Her curiosity, however, is what leads her straight to trouble. Even after being warned several times by Edward to stay away from him, Bella still continues to talk to him in and out of school. As their relationship develops, Bella realizes that her safety is at risk in the vampire world. Her and Edward’s difference in species is much more dangerous than she first thought. Even something as insignificant as a baseball game can lead to trouble! When a daring vampire “tracker” decides to come after Bella, everyone in the Cullen family pitches in to help. They do whatever it takes to keep her safe, even if it means risking themselves. All the family’s work goes to waste when Bella decides to go after the tracker herself. She has no idea what he has planned, but she’s willing to risk her life and leave everything behind to save her family and friends.
New Moon
For Bella Swan, there is one thing more important than life itself: Edward Cullen. But being in love with a vampire is more dangerous than Bella ever could have imagined. Edward has already rescued Bella from the clutches of an evil vampire, but now, as their daring relationship threatens all that is near and dear to them, they realize their troubles may just be beginning...
Eclipse
As Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob -- knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella has one more decision to make: life or death. But which is which?
Breaking Dawn
The first part details Bella's marriage and honeymoon with Edward, which they spend on a private island off the coast of Brazil. Edward grants Bella's wish and makes love to her. Soon after, Bella finds a box of unused tampons and realizes that she is pregnant. After contacting Carlisle, who confirms her belief, she and Edward plan to return home. Edward concerned for her well being, urges her to get an abortion. However, Bella wants to keep the child and decides to contact Rosalie for support, knowing that Rosalie has always wanted children.
The second part of the novel is written from Jacob's point of view, and lasts throughout Bella's pregnancy and childbirth. The pack of werewolves, not knowing what danger the unborn child may pose, make plans to destroy it, even though they must kill Bella to do so. Jacob vehemently disagrees with this decision and revolts, leaving the pack to form his own with Leah and Seth Clearwater. Bella soon gives birth, approximately a month after becoming pregnant. The baby breaks many of her bones, and Bella loses massive amounts of blood. In order to save her life, Edward changes her into a vampire. Jacob, who was present for the birth, immediately "imprints" — an involuntary response in which a werewolf finds his soul mate — on Bella's newborn daughter, Renesmee.

Marko stood up also. Glad she had agreed to come with him. He looked up at the sky full of stars and nodded,” Yep.” He then grabbed her hand and started going in the direction out of the forest,“ Any place you wanna see or just the town in general. I don’t know where to go so if we get lost…” He began but then just stopped talking.

Selena smiled and nodded, "I would like that." She replied as she stood up. Stretching slowly and ran her hand through, looking around. "It is lovely."

He smiled and then she moved some hair that must have been in his face. Then out of habit his own hand went through his hair. Know what was he going to say? " So um... you wanna go for a walk. See a bit of the town with me? I've been stuck in the firest forever." Quick sigh. Then he smiled," It's a perfect night.."

She pressed herself and wrapped her arms around him, snuggling to his chest. Her eyes closed as she reached up and pressed her lips to the skin on his neck moving lower.
